By signing this form, the registrant agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions of use:

1. Use of Workspace and Equipment:

   • I understand that I am responsible for any damage or misuse of the workspace and its equipment, including internet access and office supplies.

2. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

   • I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, documents, or intellectual property I may access while using the workspace.
   • I will not disclose, share, or use any sensitive data or confidential materials for any purpose other than my business activities.

3. Compliance with Laws:

   • I will comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, data privacy regulations, and any other legal requirements.
   • Illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, distributing pirated content, or any form of fraud, are strictly prohibited.

4. Responsibility for Illegal Activity:

   • I acknowledge that any illegal activity carried out using the workspace’s internet, IP address, or other facilities is my sole responsibility.
   • If I engage in any illegal activities (including unauthorized access, fraud, cybercrime, etc.), I will bear all legal consequences and indemnify the workspace owner for any claims, damages, or legal expenses.

5. Internet Use:

   • I agree to use the workspace’s internet services responsibly.
   • Any illegal activity or activity deemed disruptive (e.g., excessive bandwidth usage, engaging in cybercrime, etc.) will result in immediate suspension of access.
   • I will not engage in activities that could harm the integrity or security of the workspace’s network.

6. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation:

   • During my use of this workspace, I will not solicit other workspace members for business or attempt to directly compete with businesses or freelancers within the workspace in a manner that conflicts with the workspace’s interests.

7. Termination of Access:

   • The workspace operator reserves the right to terminate my access at any time, with or without notice, for violating any of the terms and conditions.

8. Liability Waiver:

   • I agree to release the workspace owner from any liability arising from personal injury, property damage, or loss during my use of the workspace, unless caused by the workspace’s direct negligence.
